🧠 The Back-to-School Stress Check-In

September can feel a little like a second New Year. New schedules, new routines, new responsibilities and suddenly, the calendar is packed.

Whether you’re heading back to school yourself or managing a family’s busy schedule, the transition can bring more stress than we realize.

Between earlier mornings, commuting, homework, deadlines, extracurriculars, and changing routines, that added pressure can start showing up in your body, too.

You may notice:
😴 Changes in sleep
🥗 Changes in appetite
🔋 Lower energy
😣 Increased irritability or stress
🧠 Difficulty focusing or feeling mentally drained

As routines pick back up, try not to treat your own wellbeing as something you’ll get to after everything else is handled.

Make room for the basics: consistent sleep, regular meals, movement, downtime, and moments to reset. Even small habits can help make a busy season feel more manageable.

📅 Before your calendar fills up, make sure your wellbeing has a place on it.
